Sleep problems can range anywhere from trouble falling asleep to waking up multiple times or sleeping through the night but still feeling tired in the morning. We understand the many types of sleep problems and will gladly help you with yours.  In addition to making personal recommendations about little things, you can do to improve your routine our adjustments will help to calm the body and mind which will help you sleep.

We know that subluxation in the low back can cause restless leg syndrome, and subluxation in the neck can cause tossing and turning.  We also know that waking up to tingling or numbness is an awful way to start the day, and with some work on the neck and shoulder that can be a thing of the past.
